The Archive is not a trash can. It is a museum with worse funding. Retired apps, abandoned experiments, obsolete versions, and ideas that ran out of caffeine can live here instead of disappearing from the internet.
Keeping worthwhile retired projects accessible preserves links, documents the evolution of the work, and gives future-me a convenient place to rediscover something and ask, “Why did I stop building this?”
